Channel Marketer - M/F
Location: Plano, Texas
As the Channel Marketer, you will be responsible for the design of CheckPhone's channel programs.
You will work closely with Channel Sales Teams, Marketing and Product Management to track and analyze
the channel's performance against revenue goals, to create promotions and activities that meet the
channels, provide RFP support and any special commercial terms to win business, ensure the channels
are properly trained and equipped on CheckPhone's products and positioning.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Channel Marketer primes to ensure effective execution of plans in all partners
- Develop and execute breakthrough channel advertising and promotions that support channel strategy and drive revenue growth
- Ensure the partners are fully equipped to properly position, sell and support CheckPhone solutions and have the latest product information, collaterals and toolkits
- Recommend program improvements to drive channel performance against revenue goals
- Assess the effectiveness of the channel strategy at meeting revenue goals on an ongoing basis with defined metrics and measurement tools
- Ensure CheckPhone's value proposition and commercial offers remain competitive in the marketplace and all contracts are up to date
- Conduct partner survey and satisfaction measurements regularly to understand partner needs
- Deliver of the target revenue for key marketing initiatives and overall product categories
- Drive key initiatives to move or innovate channel marketing best practice in the market
- Deliver creative promotional initiatives to create demand for CheckPhone Solutions and create mindshare with the channel's sales and marketing teams
- Improve or sustain levels of positive internal customer and partner feedback
- Management of channel spend within quarterly limits, delivering a measurable improvement in return on investment (ROI)
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Channel Marketing in Telecommunications or IT/Enterprise software; experience with voice and data communications ideal
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related studies
- Strong analytical skills
- Outstanding communication skills including writing and content development
- Demonstrated experience creating successful channel marketing campaigns and promotions within tight time lines, with metrics to measure success of the initiatives
- Excellent project management skills to drive many simultaneous initiatives to closure using cross-functional resources; excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to meet/exceed deadlines
- Ability to track a record in successfully driving sales growth from effective channel marketing/marketing campaigns
- Fluency in French is an asset

Product Manager EUROPE - M/F

The product manager will manage the product features and versioning.
Working with Sales, Marketing and R&D he will link the product features
to meet the customer and channel needs. Responsible for RFP template
answers redaction, he will lead the qualification of customer technical
proposal coordinated by the sales team in order to develop strong channel
partnership.
